Eurocarparks LBC CST LAW

Need advice. Been fighting eurocarparks for nearly two years. Been on the forum and gone through the advised processes, POPLA etc. Now have a LBC. The background is 30p parking not paid, notice served after 11 minute stay, using a car park that is accessed via eurocarparks and waiting with engine running to get a space in…
