I bought at the end of Nov using a debit card - instant notification and bond numbers. i am sure £20K with a debit card should not be a problem. And the added bonus of 0.125% in Tesco points.

So if I can summarise- you spent £14,000 using your debit card on the NS&I site to buy premium bonds and there is no trace of the purchase
This is probably a very silly question but I have to ask it - are you sure you were on the NS&I site and not some scam site pretending to be them?0 -
