Has anyone ever heard of 'Metrepole Marketing'? They claim to have sold me phone insurance years ago, but i've never heard of them and cannot find anything about them on the web.

The accounting firm H W Vaughan & Co are registered to the same address. Their phone number is 01792 652108 and their website is http://www.hwv.co.uk. A listing on one database give's Metrepole's previous address as "care of H W Vaughan..." at the address.
Hmmm... according to another database entry it looks like H W Vaughan are the auditors for Metrepole... The Metrepole directors are listed as:- Richard Anthony Langstone, Director
