I'm aware that this thread was started about three years ago and the original situation is resolved. Hopefully the OP is out of the bed in the spare room by now. 

I noted the earlier discussion about Trustpilot and whether UK Models were managing their online reputation by getting negative reviews deleted. I had a look and it seems that they are doing this.

It makes a bit of a mockery of Trustpilot reviews when companies are able to get a very large number of negative reviews deleted. It seems that the pattern is that they will dispute reviews, and if the original poster of the review doesn't respond (seems very common) the review goes.
