BT Black Friday Sale price for Existing Broadband Customers - £27.99/month

I'm due to renew soon.
Renewal price offer for Fibre 2 is £36.99/month for 24 months
In their Black Friday Sale they are offering Fibre 2 free for 3 months and then 31.99/month for 21 months (sale ends 11.59pm on Friday).
After a chat with their retentions/loyalty team, I have been offered Fibre 2 for 27.99/month for 24 months (which a few pence cheaper than the new customer deal over 24 months).
I will call again tomorrow to see if I can push them a bit more, but I thought it might be useful to let others know that they should at least be able to get £27.99

I started the switch to vodafone a few days ago and today BT Loyalty rang and offered me fibre 2 & line rental at £19.99; which is a good deal but not as good as the vodafone deal I got
So there may well be some scope with BT Loyalty if you persist or even start a switch.Sorry! Did the middle of my sentence interrupt the beginning of yours!1 -
Starting a switch usually gets the best discount, although no guarantee the old provider will call0
