Yep. You must specify what part of pofa they failed, including the precise pofa wording from the legislation. You need to potentially state how the number of days is wring using a day by day by day calendar. We're serious.  Popla are barely trained and have naff all time to do an assessment, so YOU have to do their work.

Are you quoting from the relevant BPA CoP?  -  i.e. V8 dated Jan 2020

    You say:-

"Paragraph 21.1 of the BPA Code of Practice advises operators that they may use ANPR camera technology to manage, control and enforce parking in private car parks, as long as they do this in a reasonable, consistent and transparent manner."

    HOWEVER  -  V8 states:-

    "21 Parking charge notices
21.1 When a vehicle is parked in a private car park, the
normal rule is that the driver is responsible for paying
the tariff fee (if any) for parking, for following the
terms and conditions which apply, and for paying any
    parking charge"

    Also wrong ppc:-

"The quotations above taken directly from the ICO’s CCTV Code of Practice state that if Smart Parking Ltd wish to use ANPR cameras then they must undertake a privacy impact assessment to justify its use and show that its introduction is proportionate and necessary."
