I have similar in my bathroom, mine are sealed units.

Mr_Mister, do you know for certain it's GU10, or are you just hoping is?
They are definitely GU10 as an electrician replaced the halogen bulbs with LED several years ago.
I'm just annoyed how difficult it is to replace the bulbs. It's the same with the other 3 units also. I can't get hold of the original electrician so I'm tempted to replace all 4 units with easy access ones with a new electrician.

Do you know the model number? Might be able to find some documentation on it.
I would be surprised, nay, startled, if you could only change the bulbs by removing the entire fixture from the ceiling. The cover surely either pries or twists off. If it's designed for bathroom use then I can appreciate that it would be quite well sealed to prevent moisture ingress and therefore, possibly a bit difficult to remove.
  • Just twist the bulb?
Be happy, it's the greatest wealth :)

  • Just twist the bulb?
Yeah, smash the clear cover, then you'll be able to twist the bulb and get it out.
