Can you give us a bit more information about what was asked/said, if the PPC fielded an advocate and on what basis did the Judge dismiss the claim. Would be good to know.

The Judge questionned the validity of the;
The claimant Parking and Management Company land agreement, which wasnt signed there was some invisible scribble. 
The Judge asked me two questions about;
My lease - which says my apartment comes with one allocated parking space .
Also i had a picture taken early hours of the morning showing my permit  displayed and the time i took that pic.
He said he CROSS - Examined me, read my WS and was happy with what i had said in the court .

Well done!   Did the parking firm not have a rep attending the call?  You didn't mention what they said, if anything.
