You would be a fool not todot_net said:Thank you both Redx and Le_Kirk. Doing that today.
At Redx - i will find the NEWBIE sticky and use it.
It's all here if you look , the 11th is this Friday coming. , But you should do it today , to be sure
Then you are awaiting a court order from your nominated court , next spring or summer , but prepare for it by researching on here
I hope you have emailed your SAR to the DPO at the PPC Claimant attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law ?0 -
You were told by KeithP in his earlier reply, what to do about the DQdot_net said:
Can someone please point me where i can feel the Notice of Proposed Allocation to the small claims track online?I am to fill there questionnaire and send back by 11 December 2020. I have got a hardcopy one that i received from CCBC.KeithP said:
Download a Directions Questionnaire from the internet - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n180-directions-questionnaire-small-claims-track , and then complete it as described by bargepole in his 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.
Hint: fill it in online - it's neater.
Return it as a pdf attachment to the email address ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk remembering to send a copy to the Claimant.
Simply fill it in and email it. YOU WERE TOLD THIS A WEEK AGO!
NO ASKING ABOUT THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS BECAUSE DQ STAGE IS COMPLETELY COVERED, QUESTION BY QUESTION, IN THE NEWBIES THREAD, WHERE WE EXPECT POSTERS TO RE-READ AT EACH STAGE, BEFORE POSTING...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD1 -
You are right Coupon-mad - thats my fault i had family health issues.
I have now followed the steps in newbies thread, i have filled the form and just emailed to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk and got an auto response saying AUTO RESPONSE DO NOT REPLY - CCBC AQ Acknowledgment
Am sorry, for asking this question.
In the NEWBIE Sticky thread, it says i need to send a copy of the scanned PDF Signed document to the courts and another copy to the Claimant company.
Just to confirm, in my case its going to be Parking and Property Management Company and not BWL?

What does the claim form say is the Claimant's address for serving documents? That's who you send it to.2
-
Uptown_Boy - it says Parking and Property Management.
Thank you, i seem not to have there email address but i will send that to them today.1 -
I really don't understand why any of today's discussion was necessary.
You showed us a screenshot and told us something needs to be done today.
How did you work that out?
The only mention of today's date is here:
All that is telling you is that the Claimant has filed a DQ today. That's all.3 -
I received paperwork dated 27th November 20 from Northampthon CCBC saying i am required to fill the DQ by 11th December, 2020. When i registered online the dates were showing 08.12.20
Todays discussion has been very helpful , I appreciate it.1 -
Ah... I did make the assumption that the screen shot you showed us had some relevance.
Clearly I was mistaken. Sorry.
