Again my question - what is the heating ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Doing a rough calculation of expected usage given the appliances you have and usage pattern you've indicated, lighting assumed to be non LED and multi lamp figments, electric cooking, all general day to day usage (boiling kettles, smart home stuff, TVs, computers etc) I'm struggling to come up to more than 600 kWh a month, even assuming some of the appliances are inefficient eg old or icing up freezers.
Immersion heaters are normally 2 or 3 kW so if say 2kw and on 24 / 7 that would sum to 1400 kWh monthly but the heater would never be heating 24/7 as the thermostat would cut it off when water was hot enough so unlikely to be anywhere close to that figure (even 500 kWh a month would probably be excessive unles there's no jacket on cylinder)
So something does not seem not right unless 1) you have electric heaters or 2) somebodies tapped into your electric (or as somebody else on the forum found out their neighbours garage was coming off their supply although that was something to do with historic flat conversion I think). Is your meter in your own property and in shared location by any chance. As a comparator 5 bed detached house, gas CH&HW, 2 people home all day (lots of cups of tea so kettles boiled a lot), multiple fridges & freezers, dishwasher/ washing machine / tumble dryer (but TD only used once a week), loads of Echos and smart home stuff, etc our electric consumption is around 400-450 kWh a month during winter months.
Have you tried switching the main consumer unit switch off (so there should be no electricity usage) and then checked that the meter isn't still incrementing in case there's some sort of leakage problem?0 -
Why do you need all those lights on for so long? Are they all LED bulbs or old ones?......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -

Note that we have had hot water from day 1 of moving into the property. However we have NOT used any central heating whatsoever for the past 100 days.0

You'll need to start switching everything off at the consumer unit to check for strange leakage, then just connect one circuit at a time to see where the culprit is.Check that the water meter isn't merrily spinning away when all the taps have been turned off for a while and no loos flushed.0

Average power during those four hours is over 3000W. Are all your lights halogen (instant 90% saving if switched to LED)?
You urgently need to get an energy monitor and start turning things off. I'd suspect freezers, wine fridge, heat pump and be looking for an immersion heater. You're using more in 4 hours than our 5 bed place uses in a day.0 -
