  • Is it possible that the vehicle in question belonged to the previous owners of your property? So DRP (or whoever) have garnered the vehicle's address, your name (as current occupier/owner) and conflated the two?

You mean proof you were not the keeper. DVLA don't hold any information about vehicle owners.
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

Is that in response to me? If yes then you've misread my post. :)

Ignore me - I missed the last post on the previous page.

Yes, sorry proof I have never been the keeper.

To be honest I have no idea what has gone on. This could be the case although I’m sure the previous owners had 2 cars during that time and neither fit the bill (fairly close proximity to where I lived before I bought the house).
I know there is another with the same name as me in this town by a chance meeting - I am assuming that the UKPC assigned the job to DRP with a name and vehicle registration. The car in question doesn’t appear to have had an MOT since June 2017 so I assume it is off the road and the previous keeper did not respond, and they are now simply using name and general location to find the previous keeper?

Email DRP using info@DRPL.co.uk and tell them their tracing skills appear to be as good as a 3 year old.  Then explain why, and tell them to cease and desist.  YOu must quote DRP's reference from their letter (the long ref, not the PCN number).
