A wee update from me...NSD's on 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and today. Takes me to 12 NSD's so far this month. I desperately wanted to buy a coffee and a sausage roll and a piece of carrot cake when I was at work today but managed to stop myself. I got as far as the coffee shop door and then turned back. So a bit of a reprieve there. Thanks @cathybird for all the updates, Indi0

Day 11: I'm usually working these days before Christmas in a normal year. Given the current circumstances, I don't intend to go out.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
