Thanks everyone for the very sound advice . I would have been completely lost without the amount of help I recieved on this forum , and I'm very much appreciative
My outcome was positive , although I did end up setting aside by consent. The positive is I did not pay ParkingEye anything and had my CCJ set aside

Good result, but I'm a bit confused in regard to the 'with consent' element. Did you pay the £100 court fee, or did PE? And you didn't pay the original PCN to PE either?
