You have more work to do so do not sit on your laurels.
Go back and read the guide to court, put dates in your diary, make a list of things you still need to do and read up on how and when to do them.
Get pics of the site and signage if you haven't already. Check Google Street View to see if the signs were visible and/or different last year.
Have you sent the SAR yet as advised?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -
Check mcol to make sure you know when they send the DQ out. Once they do you complete the online version, file with court, serve on claimant.5

I'm having issues logging into MCOL to complete the DQ online - it doesn't seem to recognise the claim no / password combination, despite it being the same one used to submit the defence in December. Am I right in thinking I can submit form N180 via email to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk? Do I also have to get it to the claimant (Walton Wilkins T/A Premier Parking Logistics) somehow?

You don't log into MCOL to do the DQ though.

I thought I'd let you know of an interesting development in the above case, in case this has happened to anyone else in a similar situation. After completing all of the above, we were given a hearing date in early July, meaning both parties have to submit all the necessary documents within the next week or so, and the claimant has to pay the trial fee....
Today, DCBL started calling my wife (the defendant) on her mobile. They have tried at least four times and left messages asking her to contact them - which she hasn't. I'm guessing that they might be trying some last ditch attempt to get her to settle so they can get at least some money and also avoid court fees, but it also feels a little like bullying. Has anyone else experienced this? I can't think why else they would be trying to contact her.0
