Returning Two Monitors to Amazon, Can't Find Courier Who will Insure Them

I purchased two monitors for a dual monitor set up for my son's pc from Amazon. Unfortunately when they turned up they are extra wide monitors which means they aren't very high, and extra wide which isn't what he wants (no dimensions given on Amazon website nor were they described as extra wide monitors). So phoned Amazon, very helpful, but I have to sort out return (they will refund, negotiated this). Was recommended to use Parcels to go. But while cheaper, insurance only covers £20. These monitors are ten times that. Looked individually on different courier sites, have been unable to find a courier that doesn't exclude monitors from their insurance, even when paying for extra cover to the value of the monitors.
This is turning into a bit of a nightmare!
Any ideas?

No amazon told me I had to arrange my own return and they would refund delivery costs. Its complicated by the fact that the parcel is 18kg, I am disabled and don't drive so would have to be collected from my home.
I have phoned Amazon again, explained the problem and they have said that as I can't find a courier that doesn't exclude monitors from their insurance policies (even when paying extra according to value of parcel), they will still refund me if the monitor is damaged. It took a while though lol. I think I have spoken to people in quite a few different countries now (including Jamaica lol, travelling in thought if not in deed).
I have packed the parcel very firmly (double boxed, extra packaging to keep boxes in place internally) so will just book a collection.0 -

Of course I tried the return service. They don't allow collections just to return parcels via drop offs at a local post office or .courier shop. There is no way I can carry an 18kg parcel even across a road because of disabilities. Its a large heavy parcel.
Normally on the odd occasion I have needed to return a heavier item (only a couple of times), Amazon have arranged a collection but I have had to phone to explain why this is needed.
Any way, its sorted now.0 -

Monitors that weigh 9Kg each seems like an awful lot, are you sure they are that heavy?
