Iphone 12 duplicating music library

Recently upgraded to the new 12 and having major issues with my music library on my phone.

I transferred all my data over from my old phone all ok. Recently downloaded a few albums and added them to my library using the music app as I normally do. I've since noticed that every album on my phone has the same track twice and no idea why?

Any ideas how I can fix this? My music library on my mac is fine so it just looks like the phone has decided every track needed to be added twice. I'm at a loss.
