Yes, that's what is said in the Parking Charge. There's a school nearby but that's not within the school premises although it may be owned by the school.0

The school is within the Cathedral premises and I'm not sure where exactly it is but this is its approximate location.

No, they dont have to provide a close up. THey usually do because how else will they prove what the signs IN PLACE say?1

Swan, there is a business school nearer (Kaplan). I think that you may have been in one of their spaces but if at night there probably would not be anyone working there and the letters look faint.
