Dysons are brilliant until they stop working. Which unfortunately tends to be far quicker than the other brands people have mentioned.EssexExile said:Each to their own. I really wanted a Henry but we ended up with a Hetty. I remember reading where someone said the new ones weren't as good as the old because of an EU law not permitting the same power level as the old ones. Not sure if we can have our old Henrys and Hettys back now?0

I've recently replaced my old Henry Extra with the latest model. I was apprehensive at first due to the reduced power level.
