Free AirPods

Does anyone know how to claim the free AirPods with IPhone SE on EE contract please? My phone has arrived but no AirPods or instructions how to claim. Many thanks in advance

Subject to availability. While stocks last. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. Your Airpods will be delivered to your account address within 15-25 days of your purchase. If your account is in arrears at point of dispatch you will no longer be eligible for the Airpods. The cost you pay for the Airpods applies as you are agreeing to a 24 month mobile plan as shown. If you choose to cancel your contract with us within the first 24 months, for any reason, you must return the Airpods within 14 days of cancellation.
