    Its no different to a pricing mistake, an obvious mistake, which this is, does not form a contract. You got what you wanted they sent what you wanted. Either accept it or send it all back.

    you can fight back through support if you have a contract (some kind of confirmation)

    Even if they intend selling for a profit, they would still be an individual. They wouldn't however be a classed as a consumer.

    I think bris has got it - it's an obvious mistake, so the seller is allowed to correct it.
    You ordered 20.  You paid for 20.  You got 20.  But for some reason, the computer put 24 on the invoice.
    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
