Hi there
I have ordered through an online deal a qty of 20 items at an offer price.
However when added to my basket it added 24 at the offer price for 20, and the email confirmation is for Qty 24 items at the said price.
When delivered I got 20. I emailed the company, they said there was an issue and the corrected it as soon as they could.
Where do i stand - can i claim 24 as we formed a contract for 24 with the email acceptance from them, or is it as offered at Qty 20
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

You ordered 20 and you got 20, right? I'm guessing that you have been charged for 24 and they will refund you for the extra 4?
It's a glitch it should be sorted soon.1 -

You wanted 20 and were charged for 20, but the "paperwork" said 24? Is that right? So your question is "Can I skim the seller for another 4 because of a loop hole?"
Contractually - yes (probably). Morally? I'll make no comment on this - morals are for each individual to ascertain.3 -
What outcome do you want? Four items free of charge?1

You've paid for 20, knew you were buying 20, the offer was for 20 and you got 20. Don't start being ridiculous over a mistake. Its a clear mistake as everything else pointed to 20, you have no contractual right to the additional 4 morally or legally.1
