Hi both, yes I did post a different thread but with a different question, around finding out when the garage was built, I’m asking different questions now (have you read both?) hence the new thread, and I’ve used a similar photo with also floor plans, so to clarify new thread different and new questions, not sure of rules so hope this isn’t an issue?
Posting twice about the same issue (effectively) does not lead to twice the advice but twice the confusion.  It's best to PM a board guide and ask to have your threads merged.
They are different questions but I see your point, lesson learnt for next time 👍

Then just to throw into the mix, does anyone have any ideas how we could increase the size of the kitchen on the same footprint? Below is a pic of the house and the current floorplans..

Short of some kind of Tardis technology, you're going to have to make either the utility or the dining room smaller to make the kitchen bigger. What, ahem, utility does the utility room have? That's the obvious candidate.

Drainage for the new first floor en-suite will be difficult, as all the current drainage is at the rear of the house.
Thanks ComicGeek are there some known ways around this?

    Thanks

Yeah thought it would be like that, utility has washing machine, room for a dryer, wash basin etc nothing crazy! But by giving up the utility would i gain that much, probably not...
