Hi I am wondering if this company has failed to return anyone’s phone I have rejected 2 low pffers as they have claimed damage to my phone that wasn’t there asked for phone to be returned  now they not responding to my emails or answering the phone  I’m wondering if this is usual practice  and how to proceed

This company has done exactly this to me - I rejected the offer and now they will not respond and haven’t sent the phone back. Did you get anywhere with your phone?
