    If you do a Google search, you will find a number of companies offering unlock codes for Nokia 1200.

    Given that eBay lists loads starting at £1.79, it's not going to be a very profitable scam for them...
    At that price, it's worth a punt?

    Some older phones can’t be unlocked. My old Nokia 2700 couldn’t - I took it to a few local people who knew what they were doing, they all spent a fair amount of time trying with no success.

    I do not know what network it was on originaly 
    imei is 351114105155315
    i have tried o2, vodafone and EE sims in it and it say restricted enter restriction code
    any help most appreciated
