"Sorry Ralph, I did not mean it like this, more like I don't really know what else to do. Thank you very much for the advice!"

"you decide to fight ... you will get all the advice you need here..... The win rate success that people who follow forum advice is extremely high , maybe as much as 99% . There is a tiny chance that you get a badly clued up judge.

As people above have lauded to the cheque for £60 ruse has been tried before ... most times they just flatly refuse. Some times they cash the cheque then pursue for the balance with added on amounts as they the see the person as a 'easy touch'

" After my appeals (both to the company and IAS) have been rejected"

this is part of the course , and should be expected.

Where did this all happen? supermarket? gym /? retail park?

Our plan A is complain to the landowner / agent .....

    Ralph B)
It happened in a residential area. I will try to contact the landowner, I just need to figure out who they are (I have ask UKCPM to disclose this information, but obviously they did not). Many thanks.
Of course they won't, all part of the scammers charter. Despite their arrogance and ignorance, they cannot hide ..... have a chat to the council, they will help
