Virgin Broadband Essentials Problems

Hello I have been trying to get the Virgin broadband essentials package 15mb for £15 . I am a fulltime carer on carers allowance and income support the problem i have is no matter how often I send my details I just get a reply that my Benefit details don't match my account details is anybody else having problems signing up to this offer
