You would put "the claimant is put to strict proof.............." but it might be too late now.  You could try sending another copy and ask the CCBC to ignore the one sent previously and substitute the one sent just now!  Put the times sent so they can be identified, maybe the admin at CCBC will deal with it for you.

You will be able to check if the NTKs are PoFA compliant when you get the SAR replies.
You can then expand on any deficiencies at the witness statement and exhibits stage, so all is not lost.

Hey guys! Thank you a lot for all the info.

Just as a refresher, DCBLegal has file a claim for First Parking in regards to 5 PCNs. They have added 60GBP for each and interest on top.

I'm now at the WS stage. Just received their WS today. I did become a bit insecure when reading their witness statement , but I guess it's just down to my inexperience and lack of knowledge in the subject. I have 5 more days to send my bundle.

Is it ok (or any helpful at all?) if I post their defense for you to see? (I'll hide any personal information).

I have made a SAR a while ago;  This is the most recent NtK (early 2020), but all 5 look exactly the same. I have looked into it and to me it seems they aren't POFA compliant ?

• I was not told by the 40% discount (they are a BPA member)
• I was not told of the "maximum additional costs they may seek to recover"; just told that I may inccur extra costs for recovering the PCNs.
• There is only a date of event, not a period?

Am I wrong in thinking this NtK is not POFA compliant?

That's a POFA-compliant NTK.  Where there was a windscreen PCN first, there is no need for the PPC to reoffer the discount to the keeper.

Please post the scammer's WS here in its entirety by uploading it to Dropbox or similar, then posting a link here.
ONLY redact YOUR personal data, and tell us if the scammers have redacted anything.
I cannot stress how important the words are that I have highlighted.

We especially want to see their exhibits and evidence including the alleged landowner contract.

Do this asap so any comments the regulars make can be included in your WS.
