Withdrawing from tariff
Hi there i wounder if anyone could give me advice, I have 3 months left on my phone contract that is with 02 threw a company Aerial Direct, I was contacted by Aerial to renew my contract that works out iam playing around £70 a month, When i got phoned i was out and was offered a deal with o2 with a s10 that i agreed to, The next day giving it some thought I realised i would be again paying around £60 a month for a s10 and freinds told me i could get a lot better deal, I phoned up to withdraw from the contract I was told i could only withdraw from the phone but they wount let me pull out of the tariff as is a buisness one, I thought i had 14 days but they told me thats only for the phone but i cant pull out the tariff so i have to pay it for 36 months and no phone, So if thats true iam stuck ,

Business tariffs do not have cooling off periods for anything. You have to be 100% sure with them, whether its phone, energy, internet or whatever. Soon as you say yes, you're committed.
