Happy birthday SF! Have a great day - I'm 21 too (well I don't feel any older so I try and kid myself):rotfl:

I had to tell DS1 about the insurance psp money last night because his friend (who lost it) was going to buy him a new one after xmas. DS1 has now just phoned me to tell me that his friend has just given him £35 to cover the excess and he has just put paid it into his bank account. :T

I have had a good morning, I met a friend I haven't seen in ages for coffee stayed chatting in starbucks for 3hours. Then after I had a little windown shop around town and.......:o bought some new boots that were on sale in Clarks:o :o . Every year I promise myself I will buy some and I never do, they were half price £99.99 reduced to £49.99. I haven't taken them out of the bag yet but they are gorgeous, feel very guilty though:o , I'll see how I feel about them tomorrow, they may yet go back for a refund:rolleyes: . OH has speeding tickets to pay for, he's been driving for over 20 years and never had one, he has now picked up 2 in the last 2 months both driving at 63mph through motorway roadworks with a temporary speed restriction of 50mph- one in Manchester, one in Ipswich.  . That's £120 in fines and 6 points on his licence and a whole lot more on his insurance when it is renewed:eek:

Well done - that's the cost covered, and good result to get the excess from the breaker!
