    It's wet and windy here today too. Stressed out this morning with the kids before school. Some days they get ready fine, others they prat around all morning and then we have a mad rush to get there on time. Grrrrrrr. Got DS1's friends coming for tea today so will have 5 kids running riot in the house later. I must need my head examining!

    I'm doing jack today... lol. Nearly had a mini diaster last night when one of us left the tap on in the kitchen sink and it overflowed... luckily we caught it pretty quickly but we've no idea what happened as neither of us remember turning the tap on!

    Yep, it's still pee-ing down here too, I'm sure this Island will sink one day with all the rain we have.

    Well, I'm expecting our pay cheques today (finally) if the mail ever gets here. Does your post come sometime after lunch now? Or is it just my postie who can't get out of bed? I find it annoying because I spend half the day waiting on the post before I can get out and get stuff done.

    I ordered some goldsmiths vouchers from tesco to buy MIL et al. their christmas pressies so I'm waiting on those too. Gone are the days where I could plan a day, now it's wait all morning then rush into town to get stuff done before the kids get in.

    Me and hubby had a really weird experience the other night at my Nannas house, separately without the other knowing about it until we had left. *shudder* I believe in something, whatever it is, ghosts, spirits, whatever.

    I'm sure we had a ghost cat in our old house. I used to see it nearly every night run through the hallway and up the stairs. Just about everyone who visited saw it too at one time or another, and not just after a few glasses of red either :)

    Our post used to come about 9.30am and then after the postal strikes it started arriving about 3.30pm!
