OPs posts are confusing but by the ops use of English perhaps not their 1st language?
    agreed,
if Op keeps repeating the same question which has already been answered in the second reply to this thread (and also by others later on) they should perhaps ask a friend to assist with translation

OP, you've had several answers, and asking the same thing repeatedly won't get you the answer you want. The bottom line is, if the LL wants to deduct £500 for whatever, you agree to pay £500, then why is there a dispute? You both just tell the deposit scheme what is happening, transfer back the balance of the deposit and move along.

If you insist on manufacturing this into a dispute, then the deposit scheme will *probably* not award more, but they could. Until we invent crystal balls, no one here can give you a more firm answer.
Sorry folk, English is not my first language, I am from Japan.
I accept the payment of £500 for cleaning, but after I checking around my friend, they said I can dispute it later.

I am in the risk of should I dispute and pay more at the end? Or just accept it £500.

Don't accept the £500. It's extortionate. If you cleaned it before you left and took away any rubbish you should definitely dispute it. Especially since they did not provide an invoice to back up their claim. If you took photos after cleaning that will really help your case.

Dispute it. Very, very, very unlikely that you will have to pay more than £500.

Was there a check out inventory?
Did you take pictures when you left?
Do you consider you cleaned it to a similar standard to when you moved in?

You seem determined not to answer those questions.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    1. no inventory check out. I did not know about this, I was first in this country.
    2. I did not take any picture when I left, I was in hurry because of the UK lockdown
    3. I did clean the flat. But they said not up to standard and need professional cleaning. I couldnt find any professional cleaning that time during lock down.

  • As advised several times.
    Dispute it
    a) because you cleaned it (and no check out report too)
    b) ££500 is enough for 2 people for 8 hours cleaning. 16 hours total. A 2 bed flat could be professionally cleaned in 6 hours not 16. You will get at least half your money back if not all of it.
