in Credit cards
I keep being charged for Product Support AG subscription monthly on my credit card. I’ve telephoned Curry’s and they don’t have any details of any subscription. The bank can’t help me. Read somewhere that this is a scam. Has anyone else experienced this ?

Probably, but that's not important right now.
Ask your card provider to cancel the CPA.0 -
How long have you been charged?0

Product support AG is......
Produce insurance from Currys/PC World.
It is not a scam, it is something you have signed up to when making a purchase from them. Often you get offered a 6 month free trial.
There is a number after Product Support AG on your statement. That is their telephone numberLife in the slow lane1 -
I am currently having the same problem with product support Ag, stupidly I let the charge through for over 5 years thinking it was a charge by the credit card company, but towards the end of last year I cleared my credit card debt then I noticed that this charge was still coming through so I contacted product support Ag who asked for some proof of identity, when I supplied it I was told that the details I had given did not match their records, I have no idea what the problem was, as far as I am aware from the questions they asked me nothing had changed over the last 5/6 years, as they conveniently couldn’t/wouldn’t help me I went to my bank who have attempted to stop the payment and sent product support a letter informing them that I no longer required there plan, they have chosen to ignore this so every month they steal the money from my account and every month I contact my bank who pays the money back into my account0

I have bought a TV from the local Currys in 2019 and started to be charged the following month. I have sent an email they didn't respond. I tried to call several times never managed to talk to anyone. The number on my bank statement were never reachable and, today I realized that it's not a current number in use. I have told them I sent an email 2 years ago they nor did cancelled this or refunded me anything. They told me they cannot refund but cancel it which is bad customer services policy. I have tried to explain this is not helpful I still want my refund then they advised to contact my bank. I called my bank and they made sure it's cancelled for further and told me they will call me in 48 hours for the refund part.
Man, honestly I already paid almost half of the cost of my TV to this nonsense Product Support AG. This is a bad reputation for Currys. I don't think I would buy any item ever again.0 -

Just complain to Currys directly and formally e.g. directing a letter or email to their complaints department and show evidence of you asking to cancel it, though why did you not do this back in 2019 if they have been charging you since then?0 -
