Advice needed: Can Landlord take back garage?
Comments
-
Outrageous bullying behaviour, the kind of thing that causes people to despise landlords in general.
I'd tell them both to f off and start looking for another place immediately. Hopefully your LL will suffer financially as a result.
One good thing about renting is that its so easy to walk away from a bad situation.0 -
It sounds like the landlord needs a skip not a garage, if his current house and garage are full.2

Anyone know the number for Mike and Frank?frogglet said:It sounds like the landlord needs a skip not a garage, if his current house and garage are full.1 -
Try to be nice to the Landlord and ignore the handyman.
He is there to carry out repairs which he seems crap at as you can see from the state of your home.
He is not your Landlord and if possible set up a camera by your front door and control the conversation at the front door if necessary.
Being polite but firm
" I am sorry but this is my garage as part of the rental property I have rented from Mr LL for the last 10 years plus."
