DresD said:I withdrew money yesterday afternoon from Income Bonds. The transfer is listed under transactions as "Next Day Pyts Out payment" but it's not in my bank account yet. At what point should I worry? The website says that online transfers should take one day. Nothing about 3 workings days. I imagine a lot of people are doing the same but they should update the website if there are delays.1

As others had advised. My money was showing in my bank account after 3pm. Many thanks! Had just been a bit nervous I had also had to do the telephone verification process that others have mentioned about 5 times before it worked.0

Closed my NS&I Income Bond on 5 November without difficulty. Instant access cash now in Principality BS at 0.8%. Notice account in Charter Savings at 1.1%. Two Regular Savings accounts, monthly savings diverted from Charter Savings, HSBC & 2.75%, Coventry BS @ 1.55%. Considering Charter Savings Notice Account was paying 1.65% until August this year, the action needed to get to something resembling a return on cash has involved opening four new accounts inside two weeks!0
