As this is the Heating Oil and LPG board is it oil or propane you have?
If the radiators are just warm first step is contact landlord.
Are they warm at bottom, cold at top?
There will not be any grants available to you to improve someone else's property. The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0 -
Whether oil, mains gas or LPG, there are several possibilities:* faulty boiler : report in writing to landlord at the address provided, as it will (should) be under warranty)* blocked pipework : report in writing to landlord as it may need flushing though should have ben done when boiler fitted* radiator issue : sludge at bottom of rad. : report in writing to landlord as it may need flushing though should have been done when boiler fitted* radiator issue : air at top of rad: rad needs bleeding which is normal tenant action. Buy a rad key* boiler/heating system not being properly managed : read the manual and adjust controls.
