Wightlink refund

We had a Wightlink pass with 4 more crossings on it , which technically ran out in June, unsurprisingly we hadn't given it a thought. The Ts & Cs say unused crossings can be refunded at 75%, if applied for up to 30 days after the end date. Mr. M emailed to ask if there was any leeway and very quickly got a response offering 100% refund 'but only on application'. Hope that helps someone.
