    That's not true for everyone because UC and WTC are 2 completely different benefits. Some will be better off and some will be worse off, as well as some not being entitled to UC at all.
    If you're claiming the disabled element of WTC then this doesn't exist in UC as such. For UC you will need a work capability assessment, which i believe you were given advice regarding this in the past.
