I was due to fly to Japan in April with Emirates. I booked the fight through Expedia. The flight was cancelled obviously but I cannot get a refund. Emirates say I must request through Expedia and Expedia say i must get it from Emirates. I just go round in an endless email loop with them. Surely refusing to refund for a…

You still haven't said how you paid? If credit card, do an S75 anyway-you have nothing to lose.
If you want to email them and have been blocked, just set up an alternative Gmail address...
