Notifications being addressed wrongly. Was fixed but happening again.

The Notification emails being sent to me are now showing "Notifications Postmaster" in the To box instead of my specified email address.
They are still arriving but as I had a rule set up for their treatment based on the email address, they are no longer arriving in the correct folder.
Is this a deliberate change and if so, why?

This now seems to be working OK and my Notification emails are being addressed to my specified email address.
