    What is the advice on submitting the defence statement to the email and or submitting the defence online thru moneyclaim website? Can i do both or just send email?

    Do NOT submit a defence on MCOL use the email address in the NEWBIE via the links or as given by regulars such as @KeithP

    As Le_Kirk says, do not file a Defence via the MCOL website.
    Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from the NEWBIES thread tells you why.

    You thanked my post of 19 November at 6:31PM on your thread but did you read it?
    Particularly this line:
    To [...] file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

    Thanks guys i have read what to do when and was emailing it. i was just asking if you can file as well. I havent seen what the previous issues were with the website.
