    Of course not. It'll be the queuing system all day from tomorrow. NS&I is about to get emptied of non premium bond balances.

    I just logged on, withdrew and closed my account. Says the money will be in my bank account tomorrow so seemingly no issues for me.

    Did the security verification call work for you?

    Lots of people (Source: Twitter) seem to be having issues where the call does not recognise the hash key input required to get through verification. I am having the same problem - weirdly, the verification call to log in accepted my input but the verification calls to withdraw money do not.
