How long does it usually take to receive the claim form through the post after the agent submits the money claim via post (as opposed to online)?

At the moment that is pretty much the same as asking how long is a piece of string.

My partner called the money claims centre yesterday and they have no record of any claim against her being filed.  Can I take that to mean that the agent was just bluffing?

There are many courts in England: the agent could have commenced proceedings in person at her/his local court rather than using the online service. Having said that, it is far more likely that the agent was only bluffing.

Maybe but the office may not be processing postal forms the day (or even the week) they are received
