Why? You know, because the newbies thread tells you this, is that you only get sight of their evidence when WS are filed - you send to them, they send to you, you both send yours to the court.
However of course, you did a SAR what - 3 months ago? What did that show? If you didnt do it today, no delays, no arguments,just submit a SAR to the PPC NOW.
What do you have to mediate? You want o pay nothing, they want you to pay >£1003 -
OK thank you I am seemed to have missed the SAR advice. I will email the DPO at parking company now, should I also email the solicitor or is that part too late now?
