I had exactly the problem you describe. I rang and was told to try Firefox instead of Chrome. This fixed the problem. After a few days I forgot, logged into it on Chrome and it worked again.

I wasn't using the app on the tablet.  I used my chrome browser and keyed in bank.barclays.co.uk in the address bar.  This gave me the login page and proceeded in the same way as I do on the laptop.  It sounds like Barclays system is not compatible with the W10 version I'm using, as I have not experienced any problems with accessing any other websites or indeed other banking systems.  Hopefully, Barclays get wise to the problem and sort it out soon.

I'm on W10 19041 and Firefox, both with latest updates and it's working 100% fine for me, as it always does. I really cannot remember when, or even if, I last had a problem with Barc online.
