I had exactly the problem you describe. I rang and was told to try Firefox instead of Chrome. This fixed the problem. After a few days I forgot, logged into it on Chrome and it worked again.Love living in a village in the country side0

I wasn't using the app on the tablet. I used my chrome browser and keyed in bank.barclays.co.uk in the address bar. This gave me the login page and proceeded in the same way as I do on the laptop. It sounds like Barclays system is not compatible with the W10 version I'm using, as I have not experienced any problems with accessing any other websites or indeed other banking systems. Hopefully, Barclays get wise to the problem and sort it out soon.colsten said:Great news that you're ok on the app.0 -
I'm on W10 19041 and Firefox, both with latest updates and it's working 100% fine for me, as it always does. I really cannot remember when, or even if, I last had a problem with Barc online.lindabea said:..............
