I have unlimited data for my phone and I pay for home broadband. About £38 a month in total. Not ideal.
Can I just use my unlimited data at home and connect my smart TV when going to watch TV? Mobile provider. Three- £18pm and. Home Broadband Plusnet £19

If you want to, however your provider may have "fair usage" on the tariff which may not stretch as far as streaming Netflix all day.If you're out of contract with Plusnet you may be able to get a better deal, although at £19 all in sounds like you're already on one?1

I'd also be interested to know if anyone has ditched their landline broadband and gone for mobile use only. My FTTC only gets me 8Mb\s at the best of times so I tend to use mobile data at 15Mb\s when I need to grab large files from the server at work. I've never had any warnings, despite downloading 2Gb files at times. The reason I'm asking right now is because the next step could be FTTP - but only BT provide this and it's relatively expensive.
(my FTTC cabinet is almost a mile away - there's a newer cabinet just been installed outside my house - but of course I can't be connected to that

Three do 4G home broadband, £17 a month could be worth a shot if you're getting decent speeds already0
