Had a call from DWP but they aren't sure why I was contacted.

Hi Poppy, sorry you are correct. My old job I was paid weekly, so i was let go on the monday and was paid 1 weeks wages on the friday, then 1 days worth of holiday the following friday so in total I received £297.97.poppy12345 said:

Theshape- Sorry, they didn't put anything in my journal, it was the lady at DWP who said on her screen she can see the person who called me saturday left a note their side saying **reg 3 coronavirus, no answer**
The title of the appointment on my to do list says "Prepare for and take part in your first committments appointment by phone" this is on the 26th of November, so the last day of my assesment period. As that runs from the 27th to the 26th.

Had a message on my journal today apologising, said the procedure is to leave that note whenever accessing an account during the coronavirus. Still not sure what it was regarding, but was told there is nothing to worry about. Thanks for everyones help1
