Hi, it’s not a review form it’s a new application, that’s why I’m confused about when payments are dated from etc. I received the form on Saturday but if I have to allow two weeks for delivery I only have a few days. I’m on the phone again now asking for an extension. Sorry if I sounded snappy yesterday it’s just very frustrating trying to get through and for a lot of people who can’t do anything at all most days the amount of time given to fill it in is way too short. They just make the whole thing so difficult.
Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it 😊

I have an extension until 1st Jan which is good, so relieved 😅. I’ll still have to post it back earlier because of bank holidays so it’s not really a month but it will really help. He also said it will be backdated to the date I called for the forms next time.

On the phone he said that the next award would be back dated to the day I called to reapply (the day they sent me the PIP2 forms) so there will probably be a gap by the time I get assessed but it should get backdated when the new award is made.

That's not correct because you already have a PIP award in payment and it can't be backdated. It will be from the date of the decision or if your award has ended before a decision's made then it will be backdated to the date your existing claim ended.

Ok thanks, maybe thats what he meant, back dated to when my current award ends, my brain isnt the best sometimes!

You may have a decision before your current award ends.
