unwinds HISTORY , therefore something existed to be unwound , or do you go to court for a setaside "elephant" or a CCJ , it DID exist and thats what insurance cos are asking , "have you ever HAD" , not have you still got , with dates like crashes or points0

The judgment was paid in time, therefore the CCJ will not make it onto a credit record/history; how then are the insurance companies (or anybody for that matter) going to find it?
