  • Why not book it in a the next business day from your move in date?

    I personally wouldn't let you purchasers take over the line early as if the sale is delayed or falls through, you will be left with nothing.

    TBH, outgoing owners would be daft to book termination before termination and without that happening I don't think a new order can be started.
