Why not book it in a the next business day from your move in date?
I personally wouldn't let you purchasers take over the line early as if the sale is delayed or falls through, you will be left with nothing.0 -
TBH, outgoing owners would be daft to book termination before termination and without that happening I don't think a new order can be started.0
