Loft insulation round the bath?

Our bath is on it's legs just on a concrete floor that seems to be the foundation of the extension. If I pack it with loft insulation in an effort to help keep the bath warmer for longer, are there any ill effects I should be weary of?

Bad idea, increased risk of damp, plumbing inaccessible etc. Since the bath is used so infrequently, a complete waste of time compared to the energy you'd save or the minutely measurable increase in time the bath will take to cool. Sticking 50-100kg of temperature stabilised flesh inside the bath will cool it quicker than an heat loss round the tub.
